It comes in two shades, black and brown (yes the basic colors haha).
What I like about it is that it's really a pencil. I still seem to prefer the results of the pencil (the one that you have to sharpen) over the retractable ones.
It smudges less plus stays on longer (from my experience).
The retractable ones are okay but you have to retouch once in a while. A little bit of sweat can make it smudge.
The Fasio eyeliner I have is the brown one, it makes your eyes seem toned down a bit, because the black gives off a stronger look. (But I like using black eyeliner too, it will just have to depend on your mood)
How to apply eyeliner? What you can do is outline your whole eye, top and bottom. For the bottom part line the part where your eyelashes are (be careful not to poke yourself). Apply it slowly.
You can start inside out. Then extend the line from the corner of your eye, so it looks longer (but not too much, just let it fade away)
